I bought a house through Cumine and Co last month, and they were genuinely a pleasure to work with from the beginning. Julie-Anne and Jill are so friendly and were a great help with moving things forward, keeping me updated with the progress throughout. Julie-Anne actually came to where I was staying to drop the keys off with me, complete with champagne and a card! I was definitely lucky to find my home through Cumine and Co, and will be using them to sell whenever that time comes. Thank you all!

We have had some experience of Estate Agents in the past, and big is not better in our experience. We entered the market warily, inviting several Estate Agents to value our property in Pant. One of those Agents were Cumine & Co, an independent Estate Agents, and we inadvertently stumbled upon the gold standard! Julie-Anne was like a breath of fresh air. She was realistic and full of advice, making the choice an easy one for us. Nothing was too much trouble for Julie-Anne and Jill, every week we got a phone call with a progress update. Even if there was nothing new to report, they still phoned to say so. If you are looking for a professional company with a friendly and enthusiastic team, look no further youve just found it! In fact, our buyers were so impressed with the service we were getting they sacked their agents and switched to Cumine & Co. what bigger endorsement do you need than that!
