Lovely, good quality meat and dairy products and pork pies that would even give Melton mowbray a run for their money. Polite and helpful staff who still deliver to your door. Good old fashioned style!

I have been using Hartshorn Butchers for 18months now after numerous recommendations. The flavoured sausages and bacon are amazing. The pies and pasties packed with filling. As a diet consultant he also does a amazing slimmers pack too. I know they are passionate about serving the community. During lock down and beyond he would often be working on his days off delivering food parcels to those in need. A delivery service at no extra charge is offered. If you want a experience of shiny, brightly decorated shop where you can go and chat for ages you may feel this isnt for you. (Probably best he is not nattering with those knifes... ) But if you want quality food, priced fairly, from a established family business, from a guy who you know you can call if you are unable to get out you have struck gold. Good old fashioned values. Who doesnt love them? Why not try them our for yourself.

Bought some tomatoe sausages and sweet bacon. Tasted amazing! My mum used to go in to Hartshorns when she was a little girl with her grandad and she said that the taste hasn't changed, still tastes lovely.

Had a delivery. Great meat the chicken was out of this world. Free friendly delivery would highly recommend.

Owner is a uncooperative, unhelpful and unfrendly. The owner also has a horrendous reputation around oswestry and is well know for having a foul attidude towards coustomers and usually looks preoccupied whenever hes working, even when hes not. Overall, i would reccomend buying your meats elsewhere.
