Fantastic Funhouse

Much cleaner than previous visits. Maybe it's getting its act together. Might start going more often if it keeps it up.

Absolutely filthy. We were the first people through the doors this morning , there were still used drinks cups dotted around , dirty tables , spilt drinks up the walls ,thick dust everywhere. The toilets were awful , no toilet paper , simply filthy . Drink serving area also filthy I dread to think what the kitchen is like if front of house is anything to go by needless to say we didn't eat here and have no intention of returning.

If you have booked and thinking of booking here for party DONT! I booked my boys birthday party here and wow was a nitemare start to finish!! We got there and the girl cleaning party room said she had finished we went in the tables were filthy there was rubbish under sofa old banners hanging up etc I had to go ask if they cud actually clean it. There was juice left from last party which Wen I asked for juice for ours she said il just top these up!! Juice that had been sat there god knows how long!! Agen I had to say no I wud like fresh!! The party food came out stale incorrect and incomplete no sauces offered most kids requested nuggets on form and half came out goujons Wen I asked about this they said they been busy n run out yet 5mins later my teenage sons food came out that I ordered afta and it was nuggets! Extremely stale so either they lied about running out or he had left overs off someone else's plate!! We had to constantly go to counter to ask for more juice noone came to check. Spiderman felt rushed and very awkward. They were told 3 times around 4pm that a child(not in our party) had been sick alot by slide yet 5pm it was still there so kids weren't able to play in that area! Everythin seemed a hassle to them. I feel I shud not of paid for this and only reason I did was so that my son bday wasnt ruined even more by me kicking off. To top it off when I rang today to speak to owner about it I got plenty of lame excuses and a couldn't care less attitude!! Vouchers offered but declined as I will definitely not be goin back until under new ownership by someone who actually knows how to run a a place properly!
