        Been using this place for years but still not sure what to make of it! There's good points and bad points. The good things are (most) of the staff are friendly, they can get what you need if its not there, they always answer the phone and cover a large range of products. The bad things are they very rarely get back to you, their stock range is quite limited, prices are steep and specially ordered items that should be in next day often take many days.
