Make sure you phone first as told by members of play centre they aren't always there at advertised opening hours. So save yourself a wasted trip as we did and phone in advance.

Bought a gun off these guys a few months ago and it locked up after about 30 minutes. Not good, but the professionalism of Mercia Airsoft was up there higher than any other airsoft retailer I have dealt with. They accepted the gun back and arranged repair with no fuss at all. With most businesses it's not when things are going right that you know who you are dealing with, it's when things go wrong you actually see people in their true light. Right the way through the process I was updated. Months later the gun is still working faultless with no issues. Would highly recommend.

After reading the reviews I was looking forwards to using them but it was a shocking experience with no customer service. Maybe because I used the website but i doupt in will use them again.
