Mollies Sweet Shop

A true "Old fashioned sweet shop". Found sweeties in here that I hadn't seen for years. The lady owner was super helpful and knowledgeable. A great visit.

A decent sized sweet shop with a pick-a-mix focus. Loads of variety and at 1.59 per 100g at time of review, which means a decent bag of sweets is about 5, not awful for the choice given. They also had a selection of American and unusual sweets. So if you like to try something new then give them a whirl. We were told the shop had been open about 9 years and that there were a few locations. My wife hadn't had pick-a-mix since Woolworths days so this was a real joyous moment for her. Good job. The actual sweets are decent, a few felt a bit stale, which is to be largely expected. But worth popping in if you have a sweet tooth.

The most varied amount of sweetie treats and lovely staff. If you want quality and cleanliness this is the place to go. If you are looking for cheap, stay at home! You get what you pay for & there is something for everyone including sugar free which taste fab.

Would not recommend at all. The sweets are stale, taste horrible. I had mouldy chocolate that made me nearly throw up. I emailed multiple times but they ended up ignoring me.
