        Guru is this shop is ok. But the rest of the staff I dealt with are really only there to hard sell, if they have a problem they have not got a clue. I spent over 3 hours trying to sort out a problem that they caused in the first place. Next time I upgrade a phone their is no chance I will be going back to the Oswestry Branch
