Can I say what a high standard of customer service was shown by Josh when we went in to report a lost phone. He communicated clearly and expertly, we didn't feel talked down to by a potential 'techie'and he told us what to do, the differences between lost and stolen and supplied a replacement sim card on the spot. He went the extra mile and was a much better option than the 'bot' on the internet or the overseas techie on a long distance line. Thank you very much.

Went with my brother in law to help him choose a phone. Mathew was a great help and made the upgrade very simple and straightforward. Mathew had a pleasant personality and explained things thoroughly

Great sales experience, full marks to Maria. Several computer issues but we got the products we wanted in the end. Maria even suggested we went for a coffee so she could transfer all the contacts data for us.
