        Superb selection of kitchenware - really impressed with the customer service and such knowledgeable staff. An enjoyable shopping experience (which is unfortunately rare nowadays!) . I highly recommend this shop.

        Bought large log basket which was too big for the room. Called back to see if I could exchange as I knew they had a slightly smaller one. They were happy to exchange and give credit note which I used to purchase a rug. Very friendly staff and lovely shop. This is a unique shop and I suspect they have this issue quite often with people not estimating what will fit in their property/rooms. 5 stars if their return policy was clear on purchase.. they may have a notice but I didn't see anything. Great place for something a little different than the norm. And I'm thankful for the log basket return as the rug made a great addition :-)

        Really lovely shop with so much choice. Bought a Le Creuset kettle to use on my wood burner. It was on offer and works brilliantly. Great customer service.
