The reason for the negative review is because we were given a window of 8am to 4pm for delivery, and this changed on the day to 4:45 to 6:45pm. This was extremely disruptive because we planned our whole day and evening around this delivery slot and wanted to leave by 5pm to catch a train. We ended up not being able to catch a train due to the rail strikes and had to catch a bus, doubling our journey time and ultimately cutting our specially planned evening very short.
