        Shocking experience in here today with deaf companion using sign language. In window was ornament for sale with tag of 1.99. My friend took this to counter and staff discussed matter on assumption that I was deaf as well, but I hear well! One woman then wrote by hand a "9" knowing full well that my disabled companion expected to pay 1.99 and instead asked him for 19.99! I queried this and was told that 9 had not been printed, even though it was working well in 99 after decimal point. He declined to pay 400% increase in price and item was returned to display shelf.
