        Paid in advance, not picked us up. After a phone call to be told your on the way we waited for another hour and then had to make other arrangements. I expect a full refund.

        Not sure if the manager is a drunk or incompete. But when you arrange a taxi agree on a price, and it double what agree really takes the pi@@ If you agree on a price get it in writing. Would use another firm, quite disgusting
