I agree the Guttercrest process takes a little getting used to but I have used them for many years, and on three projects over the past two years with large orders. I haven't had the issues other people have experienced and find them straightforward to deal with. Their products are good value for money and work well in our experience. We have also used them for larger panel and coping fabrication but do provide clear drawings and instructions. I would recommend them to others.

We have many interactions with Guttercrest and we have been extremely satisfied. All of their products were of an excellent quality and their customer service has been brilliant. We even contacted them recently to thank their drivers who delivered an especially difficult load and went above and beyond to help us unload as the site was closing. We would highly recommend them!

Update 5 5 22 - We completed the 3rd phase of our project with Guttercrest and were pleased to hear that the service for this phase improved over our past experience. Having spoken with Faye since, she confirmed that as a company they have made changes to improve service. Hence my updated review. Although the experience we had below over a year ago was terrible as per the review I felt I should revise the star rating based on the service I have since had. MY ADVICE IS BE VERY CAREFUL WITH Guttercrest. I'm a property developer and we chose Guttercrest for our dream home project which is an Old Mill restoration with its associated buildings which is a mix of traditional and contemporary. The products are nice and as expected but the service has not been at all and Guttercrest take virtually no responsibility nor help you once the product has left them. We had a few problems, one with leaking gutters even though installation was carried out exactly as per the provided installation illustrations. We are now going to have to remove and reinstall this. Guttercrest ignored our communication and we were surprised to still be ignored when we escalated it to Ben Power who is a director! We had problems with a delivery being wrong also which delayed us being able to install the products by sometime. Unfortunately when we did come to install we found some items damaged and sent Guttercrest images of the damage while still in packaging. Due to the delivery problem and delay to us we hadn't checked these until installation so Guttercrest have stuck rigidly to their T&C's and said it was reported too late and therefore must be site damage. They would not take into account the fact that if delivery was as it should have been these would have been installed and checked much sooner. I take on board we should have checked them sooner but given the circumstances and low cost of replacing these I would have expected some service. In summary, nice product but a company who clearly do not focus on customer service, a company you'll ALWAYS have to keep chasing (apart from sales) if you have a problem as they will ignore you and a company who will take a very hard, profit driven approach no matter of the circumstances. If we were doing this again I would definitely choose an alternative supplier.
