        I have lived here for nearly 5 years. The top of the park will have big large puddles of no more than an inch deep of water. NOT A STATE OF WHAT IS RECOGNISED AS A FLOOD. The street lights are on sensors on the park. They are always on. The only time one street light may be off. Is because a light bulb has blown. And it may take a few days or so to get a new bulb in place. Some people like to make a mountain out of mole hills. We live in a wet country. And most shops sell wellies. I find these the best footwear around for big puddles.

        I visit family there,when it rains part of the road gets flooded and I have to walk over people's property.Also the gate is broken and sometimes the road lights don't work.
