        A wonderful experience from start to finish. On arrival Gayle explained the principles of Reiki and spent some time discussing what would happen. After this she grounded me before asking me to lie on the massage couch. The ambience is set with lovely relaxing music and for the whole hour I felt completely relaxed and centred. At the end of the session my stress had dissipated and I felt lighter and more energised. Following my Reiki healing I slept solidly and awoke feeling really refreshed and positive. I would definitely recommend a Reiki healing session with Gayle
