        Beth completely ruined my hair, the cut and colour. Its all one length and it wasnt even straight! I contacted her with photos etc and asked for a 60 refund as thats what it cost me at another salon to have it corrected, after first telling me she didnt do refunds she then agreed to refund me 35 as according to her thats fair, she acted as if she was doing me a favour! 82 spent with her, 60 to have her work corrected and only 35 refunded, cant see how all the hassle and 107 cost on me is fair! Be careful shes great at curling it and taking a picture at an angle to make it look good, as soon as I had washed it I was horrified! Services: Blowouts, Balayage
