If you need a new kitchen, I can recommend this company. I was very impressed by Clare Lawrence who re-designed my small kitchen to maximise the storage space. The materials supplied were of good quality and I received excellent service from Clare and her colleagues. Clare is very professional and nothing is too much trouble for her to deal with. I now have a beautiful and functional kitchen in my apartment.

Recently purchased a bathroom suite and received fantastic help and advice. I was fortune to have the personal attention from Nick which resulted in getting exactly what I wanted at a price a lot less than expected. Nikki Wright
spent 2000 on a bathroom, ordered over 5 weeks before the job was due. Advised they could store it for us until it was needed & deliver just before the job. Got delivered today & they say we have been sent the wrong bath by the supplier but no-one noticed even after they apparently performed extensive checks to ensure no damage had been caused in transit and again loading to deliver to the end customer. knowbody noticed the wrong name, code or the fact the bath was double end and not suitable for a shower end. So now we are 3 days away from having our bathroom fitted that is currently half stripped ready with no bath to put in, which is obviously a huge part of the job. 2 youngs kids not an ideal situation to be left in without any option. OEPF initially said they could have a replacement by the end of next week which would be too late, after a lot of phonecalls was told Tuesday, but then that was too late to order apparently due to BH weekend. Appalled at how this was dealt with and made to feel like it was our fault even though we ordered well ahead of when it was needed. Spoke to the manager Lee on the phone eventually after having my messages and his responses relayed by another member of the team back and forth, after the call being dropped during transfer to the manager I called again to continue. I asked the manager if I could find a replacement myself would he cover any further costs to which he replied "I'm not sure about that, I will have to speak with the owner" I called back yet again and was told by the manager that he couldn't get in contact with the owner and that he would not be available himself to deal with this as he was going on A/L. I have a plumber booked for Monday to carry out the works which I will now have to postpone and accept whenever they can reschedule the install. OEPF need to be doing more / anything at all to rectify this.
