        When my husband and I visited this shop on a day out. We had a really negative first impression. The staff were in the middle of the shop chatting with a guy in a suit. Only the self service machine was in use. The lady in front of us queuing to pay requested help from the assistant this was only forthcoming when a frustrated complaining queue started to register with the chatting staff. The assistant who eventually came, was very rude to the lady in front of us. Oh dear WH Smith good customer service is everything!!!

        Im not a fan, often seems to be Stock everywhere, the till area is massively cluttered and there are some staff members who seem to make you feel like a total inconvenience to them getting on with their job. Im not sure how WHSmith has survived this long, this store in particular leaves much to be desired.
