Generally a good shop but "LGBTQ friendly" is a joke. I just walked in there to be confronted with three members of staff hanging around the tills loudly mocking the gender of one of their colleagues. By name.

I cant lie but turning into Morrisons Daily has definitely saved this shop. The prices seem fairer and theres actually stock on the shelf now. The staff seem happier to be working there and a lot politer.

Supposed to be open until 11pm in the week.Made a special journey there to arrive at 10.50pm to find metal shutters down and all closed!!! I wanted to buy more gas on my pay point card!!!

Got short change old by one woman there went back to sort it and a different lady felt with it she was very rude no hello no apology nothing. Very poor customer service Since writing this review I've only just gone back in today giving them the benefit of the doubt that last time was a mistake. Tried to put money on my electricity meter they happily took the 30 off me but didn't put it on the key when I went back they told me it got refused asked for a refund told me can't do anything about it. Yet I go anywhere else in oswestry to top up my key and works straight away no problem its only here I have the problem with. Now I'm 30 down with no electricity as cant afford any more till next payday now due to them refusing to give me my money back. No apology nothing I will never step foot in there ever again after this. No wonder you're still in business taking money off people and not supplying with what customers ask for
