We have just bought a new build from Pickstock and would like to say that even through all the upheaval with covid and the knock on effect with supplies they have gone above and beyond to help us out....the houses are beautiful and built to a very hight standard. The people who we have dealt with are lovely and very helpful as are the builders and the whole team.

UPDATE: We took them to court and won the repair cost. The houses are great. The company are not, they lie, they cheat, they promise you one thing a do another. Be prepared for a nightmare. We bought our house last year and have been in for 8 months. We were told we would have grey windows. We have cream. We were told we would be in by September, two days before they told us we wouldn't. When our fence fell down 11 days after we moved in because it wasn't installed properly, they promised they would get it fixed. They didn't. They don't want to know now. They have our money so now they don't care. They took the fence that I own and have not given me the materials, so that's theft. Extremely lax on quality control. No one checks external installation, topsoil is filled with debris, fence posts are not cemented in, failure to follow planning, and decorative walls falling apart. If you do buy from them, know that Camilla will lie to you tell you what you want to hear and then do something entirely different. When you ask for things in writing they will say of course and never send it to you. Don't bother talking to site managers because they cant keep those either, they come for 2-3 months and they are gone. Overall the houses are top quality, can not be faulted, the outside contractors they use are sub-par at best and the communications with the office are abysmal.
