Absolute charlatans. Avoid at all costs a clearly very illegitimate business being ran here. Ive heard all the while about their awful customer service and all their unqualified technicians butchering repairs. I myself did not fall for them this time but unfortunately my mother went to them with her best intentions - I had previously gifted my Nintendo switch to my little brother for Christmas and all was well until she told me it wasnt charging about a year later and to be honest I knew the issue and how to fix it as I am a qualified technician however life gets in the way and I work full time so I wasnt very available to carry out the fix (which I suspected was 90% software) Anyhow she told me what they quoted and what they claimed the issue was (45 to fix a motherboard fault, a dangerously low quote that any company worth their weight would not be charging). They essentially convinced her it was unrepairable and as such my mum bought a new one and moved on from the issue. The console was then left in their hands for a substantial amount of time until my mum could find the time to pick it up. Its now in my hands to finally give it a full service to undo all the damage they have caused to the internals by butchering it apart. Which as a result will take a lot of my time and money (despite the 45 quote they claimed) Ive since read even more reviews about them butchering very very simple phone repairs and again quoting worryingly low which absolutely reflects their low skill in every instance.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING AVOID!!!!! these clowns try and rip you off I went to the counter to buy a game it was 19.99 and the clown serving me checked his phone looking at CEX almost guaranteed and then says it the wrong price its actually 35 so I sent my wife in to buy another game and exactly the same happened they are wripping you guys off DISGRACE OF A COMPANY
