        Took my laptop in to get repaired. Staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. Dealt mainly with Jack who spent hours discovering what the problem was which was sadly the motherboard and not cost worthy to repair. Offered to pay for his time but he refused saying their policy is 'If it can't be fixed then no cost'. Amazing guy. Really knows his stuff. I can't praise him highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble. Simply the best tech shop around.
