Just awful, after waiting 4 weeks to look at some warning lights on the dash, they took the car off the road to wait for a part 7-10 days they told me it's been 5 weeks now. Told me, I would have to sort a hire car with my leasing company. I get no updates unless I contact them first, then I just get fobbed off with "the part hasn't arrived yet, it will be at another week". I've had Vauxhall's for 20 years and loved this car but this has put me off for life, I'll never buy another.

We looked at purchasing a used audi (YC67 YFK), it drove well but had some slight damage to the bodywork. Ryan (Sales assistant) offered to have this done and offered to knock a few hundred pounds off without us asking... that's generous... then he tried very hard to sell it to us, he's a used car dealer, that's a thing, right? OK, let's see the service history... it was requested but not provided.. requested again but it was audi in chester who were being slow tp provide it... OK now we've got a bad feeling... Ryan is still being very pushy to get us to buy it (without seeing the service history)... so, I requested the service history myself from audi (who sent it within a few hours) and what do you know, there isn't one... at 5 years old and ~50,000 miles... and there was an outstanding recall on the vehicle.. I'd like to give you the benefit of the doubt, however, its just a bit coincidental that you're trying so hard with this hidden info. Not a great first impression. Just be honest.

Do not buy a used car from Arthurs. My partner bought a used car from them. We assumed they were a proper dealership but we have been dealt with dreadfully. Took 2 months to prepare the car and receive the car after payment because of a catalogue of errors all on their part. One day over the 30 day money back guarantee the first problem occurred. Followed by another half a dozen individual problems only some of which were covered under their totally inadequate warranty. Asked for money back and were refused and referred to make use of the warranty for everything, hence the car will have to be got rid of after only 2 and a half months of ownership and nothing but hassle and great financial loss personally. Paid 9,800 for an Astra with low mileage that is riddled with problems. If we had wanted a car like this we could have gone to an auction and fared much better. This is not a proper dealership. Disgusted.
