        My recent experience with DTS was a very pleasant one, good communication, very timely and able to give advise on the products I needed. The delivery was quick and easy. (They even split the order to ensure a couple of items arrived earlier so that I could keep progressing with my build) The products were very competitively priced, (Couldn't find cheaper) I will be using again on the next project. Thanks DTS

        Took my payment for an order of screws, then it turned out they didn't sell that brand on their website any more. I had to contact them to find this out, then they sent me different products as an alternative. They sent like-for-like sizes of screws of a cheaper brand, but didn't refund any of the difference, and have ignored multiple contact attempts to ask them to correct the invoice. I won't be using DTS again.
