Lovely staff and service at this very friendly bank. My elderly mother received caring and sensitive service, a great confidence giver to someone who prefers face to face services to the telephone. Thanks staff team!

The Oswestry branch have amazing staff and always go the extra mile. Recently the app didn't let me open an account for me an my wife, so between Maria and Steve this was sorted! We also got an apology gift for the inconvenience from Steve. Which is a very nice unexpected touch.
