Judy was very friendly and made me feel comfortable with the process by explaining everything she was doing. She explained the shape of my ears and why one was impacted more than the other. The process was more intense than I expected, but she stopped often to make sure I was okay. It was very helpful to understand what was going on and why, and I'll have this done each year now so it will be easier next time.

I went to Interhearing (Oswestry) just yesterday. The entire process was explained to me and completed quickly, efficiently and most importantly, painlessly. Judging by the quantities of what was removed, it was surprising that I've been able to hear anything. My ears were cleaned by Judy - a very cheery, good-humoured and happy lady, who answered all my questions patiently - my appointment was early in the morning and at that time of day, it's always good to meet someone who is 'upbeat'. From now on, I'll be getting my ears cleaned every year; thank you very much, Interhearing.
