Daniel James residential

Ive bought and sold a lot of properties over the last 30 years and Daniel James is undoubtedly the best agent Ive had the pleasure of dealing with. Nothing is too much trouble for him and his response time is unbelievable. I couldnt recommend him highly enough. The hamper was a lovely touch too.

I was recommended Daniel James by a friend who knew he would get me moving. I had sat with a high street estate agent for a great many quiet months losing faith in selling. Daniel was brilliant; we got a great video and online presence. I was also pleased that he refreshes the images regularly and bullds interest. Our previous agent went quiet on us but Daniel keeps you in the loop at all times and is amazingly responsive. I found it hard to communicate in normal hours, due to work commitments, amazingly this wasn't a problem and I was never kept waiting. You get a first class service and a sold house, what more could you need?

Daniel was the first broker I talked to and I bought the first and the only house I viewed. Not because of the rush. It was the case where my needs and expectations clearly matched the offer. I am very happy with the house. Daniel delivered great service, step by step guidance which was extremely important for a first time buyer.
