        Drove in here after 4 hour journey from Aberystwyth, heading for Leeds, West Yorkshire, having first followed the right hand turn for Services only to find we were on a road. Towing a caravan, we could not turn round but carried on until we joined the A5. and finally arrived but couldnt find the caravan parking. First stop, the loos. No toilet paper in first cubicle and no roll holders in any cubicle. In gents there was no loo roll! Went to Greggs for decaff coffee, it was from a bag and looked like dishwater, totally undrinkable. We were given a refund. Then went to Starbucks self service bar. No decaff coffee there so decided on peppermint tea. Put the bag in the cup and pressed for hot water. Nothing! Informed the till assistant who shrugged her shoulders and said must be broken. We left in disgust and wont be visiting again, no matter how desperate we are.
