Excellent customer service provided by David, I am also very impressed with the quality of the product and the effort that was made to make sure everything was included for a smooth installation, I would pick out the hand made wooden template that was included for drilling holes for the base, super work.

Decent products but VERY POOR customer service. I've expressed interest in a product that is unavailable for 3 months, but customers are never notified if the product will be replenished. I've been checking the site for 3 months and there is no updated information on when the product will be available. The manager of the team was absolutely useless and would not even let me speak when I tried to explain how the process of ordering out of stock materials did not work for customers.

We bought two beautiful Dorchester Pillar Lamps for the entrance to our property and are absolutely delighted with the quality of these products. The service provided by this company is excellent. Extremely efficient and personal and the lamps arrived very promptly and very securely packaged. The customer care has been exceptional and I would be more than happy to use this company again. Highly recommend

The quality of both the service and product was excellent. We purchased a Copper lantern to fit an existing lamp post. The fitting was simple. (We employed a qualified Electrician). The build quality of the item is superb and bulb replacement couldnt be easier to do. The price was also surprising with the style and fabrication work involved , it truly is excellent value.
