Brook House Residential Home

My Mum has been at Brook House for three years now and I have nothing but praise for the staff. They are very patient and kind towards my Mother, who sadly has dementia and can be a bit of a challenge at times. They always show her respect and she tells me she is happy there. The food is good, too! I'm looking forward to joining Mum for lunch again, when Covid restrictions are lifted. I am so glad we found this place for Mum and it's in a beautiful location, too.

My mother has been at Brook House for nearly two years and she loves it there. Throughout the difficult times of Covid and before I have found the staff to be outstanding and a credit to the profession. Brook House presents an ambience of a warm loving family which I would highly commend to anyone.

Short & sweet review - if you want to send your loved ones here & would like daily updates to see how they are doing (especially when youre told they are at end of life) dont!!!! The owner of Brookehouse is vile. I was told when I called to see how my grandmother was do not call again as theres nothing to share. No empathy or care is shown. The carers went above & beyond for my grandparents shame the same cant be said for Mrs Couzens & her lack of compassion & point blank rudeness.
