Very confusing in regards to parking, where to buy tickets, where the attractions are and the car parking voucher. Needs a few more signs to direct and help customers. The majority of the items they were selling didn't have a price tag on. The sculptures were amazingly crafted but we was expecting more of a variety and not just doom and gloom. It's good raising awareness for animal extinction, etc but some fun sculptures are needed as well. Unfortunately won't be returning.

A really good place to visit. Imaginative sculptures, helpful staff and good facilities.

An excellent family day out. The cafe serves excellent food and includes a vegan menu for those who have that preference. The kids play area is excellent and there are many activities such as the minion hunt in the pictures shown by my profile. Membership is worth it with the varying sculptures during the year, you also save 10% in the cafe etc. The sculptures are fantastic and regularly rotated so well worth popping in for a look.

Entered via a queue to main desk, paid and given wristband, walked to next door found another queue, got to front of that and told didn't need to be in it as already paid, no one explained, all very confusing, had to ask what I needed to do with the parking voucher as not clear if needed to take back to car or keep it, then we get in cafe for breakfast and there is a DJ playing music at full volume and everyone is shouting to be heard across the tables and alot of people wincing with the noise, absolutely awful !! Used to be good, what on earth has happened here ?!
