Cold call received today. Once I started asking about the company the caller cut me off! Went on line to find out more and saw these dreadful reviews

Claiming to be from Middlesex but sounding distinctly Asian, this caller seemed to be struggling to understand my questions and wanted pricing information so that he could claim to be undercutting the cost instead of simply doing as I requested and giving me examples from which I could choose. I'm also on the TPS which he should have checked before making this illegal cold call.

Avoid!! A call was made to my elderly grandmother telling her that they were taking over from her current provider, she put the phone down three times but they kept calling back, harassment!! She thought they were genuine as so persistent, I called them myself and all they asked for was her name before giving me her details including address, think they need to learn what GDPR is as I could have been anyone! Extremely rude staff, I asked for a copy of the call recording and he said I should have it on my phone - what a joke! He was very rude and passive aggressive when I told him I was cancelling the package. He also seemed very interested where I got their contact number from as the number they called from didnt work so I had to search online, probably because they dont want contacting after trying to scam people! Avoid at all costs
