I have followed the Cambridge diet plan with Jas as my consultant for just over 4 weeks and I feel great. The weight loss is amazing and this is thanks to the one to one support I have had from Jas and the detailed initial consultation. Shes very professional and highly motivating. Shes available 24/7 for any questions, tips and advice. Jas always accommodates me in terms of times for appointments and she has gone above and beyond to support me. Excellent service, very highly recommended. I can also recommend the hydra facial from Jas. Its a relaxing experience and my skin looked and felt radiant afterwards. Great price and professionalism. Jas creates a warm and friendly atmosphere which is another plus to this wonderful experience.

I had my first ever hydrafacial with Jas and it was fantastic! As an aesthetic doctor my skin is very important to me. After hearing so many raving reviews I thought I'd give one a try. Jas was informative, thorough and her attention to detail was second to none. My skin is GLOWING!! I will definitely be coming back in 6 weeks and recommend anyone who wants to take their skin to the next level to give it a go!
