Isleworth Post Office

There are two lovely staff and two miserable staff the lovely staff are the sikh man and the elder indian lady the miserable staff are the rude middle aged man and another indian lady who are both rude to customers dont know how to talk and the indian lady even shouted at an old man in the post office

Such poor customer service! Now that heston PO has closed I use this one and literally dread it! You get shouted at, the old woman is awful and there is also a man who works there who is equally rude. An inspection is needed here from citizens advice.

Just the absolute worst post office I have ever suffered the indignity of having to use. Literally unable to do anything outside of selling a stamp. I just tried to receive money via Western Union and they faffed around for 20 minutes before telling me that my UK valid passport didnt have a valid ID, which it obviously does. I called Western Union why stated it was a system or user error from their end. They are rude and have mastered only one skill - being utterly hopeless.
