No politeness: no hello/goodbye/smiles; questions fired at you; no apology for not locating prescription, then when eventually found , bag without name label just thrust at me.

Excellent chemists. Been going here for years and never had a problem. Some good deals, and plenty of stock and very polite and helpful staff

I love this pharmacy. The staff are so amazing and spot on with my concerns. Kay, Leena, Darsh and Janis are my favourites. I have never gone to this pharmacy and not have my issue solved. There's always a smile and willingness to help with everything and anything. They are simply amazing

Terrible service. Ive been with them for 8 years and theyve always messed up my prescriptions, given me the wrong dose or the wrong amount of tablets. I order my medication at least a week in advance and they claim not to have the prescription. I also sometimes get my doctor to send through an electronic prescription and they claim not to have received it. They often tell me to go and ask the receptionist at the doctors if theyve done it and when I do they say yes and give me proof, only then do they apologise and sort it. Literally changing to another pharmacy!
