        Great service in osterley store with regards to the optician who was very sympathetic and supprtive towards my son. However, they do not answer the phone when trying to contact them. I have called 5 times today and each time was left on hold for 15 minutes before it cut out.

        I had my eye sight test , the option was very helpful. Unfortunately I had to return my glasses as the lenses were not correct
