Syon Clinic

I booked an appointment ( private) with one of the Dr's who has a contract with them, Dr Elmiyeh. It is even worst than NHS to ask a question from the dame Dr that you have seen and paid for the appointment. It seems they just renting out the room to them and they are kind of a third party. I hot some medication and had some side effects funny enough I could see my GP earlier than the Dr from their clinic. Once I raised the issue with them some one over the phone said to me that we just provide the place and book the appointment which is completely nonsense I paid 235 and I received a very poor service from them! as a result I had to pay another 143 to another clinic and find a Dr in some where else. Not happy with them at all!

I had my MRI scan at Syon Clinic as well as a few other scans and checks. My consultant was super nice and professional. The facilities and staff are top notch and my care was prompt and successful. I fully recommend this hospital to anyone

Dr Seng was first class - I would highly recommend him. He conducted a very thorough and thoughtful examination.

I have jsut spent 10 mins trying to make an appointment. Called the main number and just sent into a maze of telephone dialling options. None of them at all helpful. How on earth does this clinic get any patients. USELESS.

I come here every time but this time I left they receptionist is extremely rude for no reason . She asked my debit card details even I am covered by insurance and they have all my details . She then lied that we take from all patients but I see she took from me . May be an Indian so I was treated diff from a white Preston . Will never come here again .
