Dr Loomba & Dr Merry - Thornbury Road Centre for Health

I have had exemplary service from everyone in the Dr Loomba and Dr Merry team. Ive been with this surgery for over 5 years now and they have been absolutely fantastic. The receptionists have always been lovely, Ive always managed to get an appointment very swiftly either via telephone or in person. Theyve changed their online system to patch and thats made the service even better than before. I have been seen by both Dr Loomba and Dr Merry. Great great doctors, kind and empathetic, and I felt no stone was left unturned when I wanted something looking in to. Very polite and hard working team. Working in the NHS is a hard job, and I really appreciate what this team do. Thank you to the receptionists and nurse teams for their positivity.Im lucky to have you as my doctors. All the best.

This must be the worse GP in the country. It starts with the receptionists being rude, incapable and careless. Failed bookings, not being able to book anything apart from calling, and even after waiting 2 hours they hanged up the phone! I have being with them for 3 years now and not one thing is done properly.

The service just gets worst day by day - the staff arent helpful at all! Sarcastic replies from the receptionist today (21.03.23) at 9am when I just wanted to make a blood test appointment! The worst GP around to be honest!

The most worst gp ever you cant even call them, there is automatic voice saying we dont have any appointments available today and is going like that for 1 month. You cant book online session because there is no appointments available. Im struggling 6 months with my health and gp green practice in Hounslow just testing and testing and never get any results or loosing your samples ! So Ive change gp and I see is even more worse! You paying NI and what you have ??? Paracetamol and no appointments available! And they apparently working hard . I can see how they working . Especially they should start working and get training for customer service behaviour/ attitude! And you , you can die because no one care about your health when they are to lazy to help human they sending you to private clinic. Very professional!

Worst practice ever.. Such a shame as so close to our home. Staff are rude at reception, can never get hold of anyone, cant make online bookings, cant manage their rotas, waited 90min as the nurse was not aware she was on duty.
