Slaters makes it all look so easy!! My family are really lucky to have used them to look after our mother and repatriate her back to Jamaica. We were so worried but Edward made it so seamless and took away all out stress! The service they provided was really worth the cost !! Would recommend them anyday Thanks Edward and your crew!!

Absolutely fantastic service, I would highly recommend Edward and his team. We had the extremely difficult situation of trying to repatriate our father from Thailand, Edward was a massive help from the beginning, right to getting my father home. He was available no matter what time of the day and provided exactly the service that was promised from the beginning. He made an exteemely difficult situation so much easier and at a very very reasonable price compared to many other companies.

Following my father's death, my family and I needed to make arrangements for him to be buried in Jamaica as this was his wish. As you can imagine it was a stressful time made even worse by the enormity of what we needed to do. We made contact with Slaters International and immediately felt reassured about the process. Throughout we were given sound advice in a sensitive manner. We dealt with Edward who always addressed any concerns and was easily contactable. I would not hesitate to recommend Slaters International to anyone who finds themselves in the same situation and to top it all, the price was very reasonable.

Excellent customer service, took away a lot of stress in regards to preparing documents and transportating your love ones body to their home country for their final rest. The team are always there to response to your questions or queries, doesn't matter what day or time, they are alway at first hand to answer you. At the most distressing time of my life when my wife died suddenly and unexpectedly, Slaters International were an absolute godsend. My wifes family and friends would have found it extremely difficult to attend a funeral in England and I did not think it would be possible for me to afford a repatriation to Jamaica. After browsing the internet I found Slaters and gave them a call more in hope than expectation. The price they gave me was affordable and there were no hidden costs. I had the good fortune of dealing with Ed Cutler who was not only totally professional but an absolute gentleman. He was available at all times and went above and beyond anything I expected. He not only responded to all my enquiries at any time of day or night seven days a week but also facetimed my wifes family in Jamaica and America to allay any concerns they had. Given the time differences I do not know when the man slept, but it was an act of kindliness me or the rest of the family will never forget. I can not recommend this company highly enough and hope if you ever find yourself in these awful circumstances you have the the good fortune of dealing with Ed and his team.
