I have visited Lavender's many times over the last few years, and have to note that their customer service has always lacked warmth and friendliness. It's a great shame because they sell fantastic products that fulfil a lot of my florsitry needs, but the curt, unfriendly service really detracts from what should otherwise be an enjoyable shopping experience. Lavender's would benefit by providing good service to all customers, not just those they deem worthy, as I have witnessed on several occasions. I recently left Lavender's feeling awkward and unwelcome when I arrived at around 3:15PM and was told by a staff member that they shut their tills down at 3:30PM. They said I only had a few minutes to buy what I needed, despite their website stating they close at 4PM (no mention whatsoever of their early till closure). I did a quick loop of the store and they were unhelpful when I had a query about stock. I left within a few mins, empty handed and dissatsified due to feeling completely unwelcome and my custom undesired.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. First time visit to Lavenders of London, which I was told about by a friend, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I visited for decor for an event I'm organising and initially felt a bit lost and overwhelmed as I didn't have a clear idea in my mind about what I needed. The team came to my aid and gave lots of inspiration and useful tips. Thank you! I'll definitely be back.

I found this place just by chance over a year ago when someone mentioned that it would benefit my making of wreaths and garlands for Xmas or whatever be the time of year!!!, and well they werent wrong , I visited a few months ago and was so impressed with this what felt like a magical enchanted garden all in a little shop, so much to see from Artificial flowers , floral arches vases , you name it they have it !!! Most of all I was very impressed with such helpful service , a quick mention to James who has always been there on my visits , I cant thank him enough for advice and help, he goes out of his way to help especially to a fairly new crafter like myself ,hes always on hand , and well having a laugh and chat as well as purchasing some fabulous bits for my work makes my day!! So its a big thumbs up for lavenders from me, beautiful place , and great service!! Go check out this gem of a shop , you wont be disappointed!!!
