ordered flowers in the morning for valentines day 4pm still not delivered when i called first they said the flowers have already been delivered , when in fact nothing was delivered. The address of the shop is wrong . I went there to find that the unit is closed . When i asked the guy where he was he said he operates from home and refused to provide an address. I am told the driver is on his way to deliver but does not know when .

Bought the 30 sunflowers from here. The website showed 10 sunflowers (all healthy looking), labelled 'in one size as shown'. I was delivered 4 sunflowers, 2 of them dead and one of them dying. Absolutely disgraceful

Extremely poor. Complete failure. I ordered a large bouquet of flowers for my mother ( just under50) on her birthday. No communication from the vendor in spite of them having my phone no and no delivery. I ordered well before the cut off for delivery and no message from the vendor at all. I only know they weren't delivered, because I called my mother by phone to ask her. I sent them a reminder mid afternoon, still no delivery. Very very disappointing. They are literally around the corner from where she lives. I would never use these people again.
