Was immediately met with hostility. Told that the client had "pied me off" and then informed I was a cold caller. I was just looking to complete a request from one of their clients.
When I asked the individual's name he jumped down my throat and shouted "what's your name?" as a retort. When I explained who I was and the information I was looking for, they just hung up.
Awful first impression of the company and now I need to go back to your client. A clear display of poor, undiligent and unprofessional service.
Hoping the calls are recorded, I phoned at: 13:57, 09/11/2021. Hoping this is looked into.
