Waves Hand Car Wash

Place is pathetic. Overly pushy staff always try and aggressively oversell to their highest package. When you decline and go for the one you want that suits your requirements you then find they chuck on a surcharge because the car is "dirty". Apparently you need to take the car in clear if you want the advertised prices so don't quite understand what the point of this place is except so the male staff can bully female customers like my wife into paying more than expected for a mediocre overpriced clean.

35 and the wheel alloys havent even been cleaned properly. The team are friendly but they rush all the jobs and have zero attention to detail.

Agreed to pay 20 for the basic wash, including an extra 5 to clean my roof. I was the first and only customer on arrival. They said it was finished. I pointed out several things to them, including dirt still on 4-5 panels. Roof not dried, just rinsed off. Tyres were not dressed. All windows were smeared! Supervisor did not accept my constructive criticism, kept walking away and not interested. Finally finished to still not a good standard. They use damp cloths to dry the vehicle. Not even a chamois leather. Will never use them again. I recommend to AVOID this unprofessional business. I would be surprised if they get any returning business and surprised they can trade like this.
