I have sold my car to you I have been payed only 10.388.13 I should have got 10517.13 Please see the attached below The difference 129 Further to my email below I have been advised that whilst the above valuation reflects the condition items that were noted during the onsite appraisal it doesnt include the change in service history status from full to none and the change in MOT from 6+ months to only 3-5 months remaining. Once these amendments had been applied to the valuation if was reduced to the 10,388.13 on the invoice that you signed. I hope this helps to clarify the reasons for the reduction but please do not hesitate to get back in touch if you have any further queries.
