        Came in to discuss a wedding coming up. The owner was very rude, told us this isnt your home to be speaking loud. Trying to discuss and figure out halls and pricing and was like we will send everything via WhatsApp thanks bye I need to go to another customer - minding this was all discussed standing up at reception and could have been done sitting down in a professional manner with a catalogue. Then for the next customer he took them and sat them down. No professionalism and constantly saying were wrong and Im right. Even if a mistake was made, could have been dealt professionally Wouldnt recommend, very rude and no customer experience
