Pretty poor experience with this franchise when I was planning on getting my 4th BMW. I have to say I would still buy from many great BMW franchises out there even if it means I need to travel. All they care about is taking a deposit. Afterwards, really poor effort in communication and organisation, not really sure how they anything sold. After they got my money, I had to keep chasing for an actual deal they promised me that week but after a month it was clear this is not how sales work. Had to complain several times for a response because calling in and emailing will just be ignored. When I received my deposit back no one in the business showed any kind of remorse for the poor experience that have put me through, time wasted and holding my money against my wishes. These guys are just full of excuses, not very professional. Highly likely to be disappointed from my experience of dealing with their front office, sales, sales manager and customer service representatives.

Great experience buying my MINI Countryman from Berry Chiswick. A big thank you to Gareth Roberts for being so friendly and helpful and really going the extra mile to make sure that everything was clear. Also many thanks to Neil Raphael, who dealt with the pick up. Again couldnt have been more helpful. Highly recommend this dealership they are very honest and professional.
