        I have just had a 2 channel programmer fitted as part of a new boiler system. Initially it worked with the +hour buttons then 2 days after nothing. He has tried to reset the programmer but all I have is hot water and no heating. Don't buy rubbish. Several months on and this s#it keeps failing. I have asked my installer to remove it and fit a reliable make controller.this week 40 degree's outside and me heating is on because the valve and thermostat have failed. Don't buy or fit this rubbish

        I have bought this item through Screwfix it keeps tripping the fuses and I wanted get refund because of this their customer service representative was very rude and pushy. They have used anything to not take it back. I am very unsatisfied with this item plus their customer services. Stir away from this product and this firm.

        What absolute rubbish there zone valves and 3 port valves are. In the space of a year of fitting 4 zone valves and 3 mid position valves all have failed. This is costing my business serious money now! Never in 25 years have I had so many failed valves! Warning to all if you dont want constant call backs for failed motorised valves DONT FIT STROM!!!!
