I ended up being disappointed with the service I had - in particular I found it almost impossible to get a quick answer to most questions. It's a shame as they did a reasonable job in the end but the poor communication ended up costing me money due to delays. I asked them to facilitate moving a machine that was already on a pallet, which I guess it slightly unusual for them. That being said, I sent lots of emails to the 'traffic' address that I never had replies to and equally dozens of calls to the mobile number that were unanswered. The machine did get to me but over a week after I had hoped and with additional costs. Similarly I had expected them to arrange transport as agreed but ended up having to do that myself. The overall cost was still cheaper than another company even with the extra charges but for the headache it caused I would have rather gone elsewhere.
