I had been suffering from issues with my hips and David was incredibly proactive in finding the cause and then a solution for the problem. This has now allowed me to train again pain free and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I experienced ongoing pain in my left hip for 2 years but just thought it was something I had to put up with. I saw David initially for an assessment as it was impacting my ability to exercise - the appointment was really comprehensive and helped me understand much more about the problem. I have just completed a set of 6 sessions which included a really good supported exercise plan and goals. This approach worked excellently, everything was very clear and explained so well. Great results - Im pain free and my leg and hip balance and strength are so much improved. I have exercises to enable maintenance and feel really confident about the progress I have made - I would highly recommend- its made a huge difference.

Push, Pull, Jump have successfully helped me through a number of running injuries over the last couple of years. David's proactive approach has given me the tools necessary for the long term management of any injuries and the confidence to continue my training without fear of things getting worse.

I have a history of niggly injuries when it comes to running but David has been a god send in terms of getting them sorted, he communicates the issue in a way that is easy to understand and used some little tricks I'd not seen before from other therapists. He was able to sport some (pretty big!!) muscle imbalances that seem to have been the cause of a few of my problems As long as I follow his instructions and follow the exercise plan, my niggles disappear! He really seems to know his stuff, I'd highly recommend!!
