Worked here for two and a half years. Stayed away from incompetent senior management who could not run a bargain bingo. That's why I lasted this long. Faced with discrimination from senior management (absolute bullies), which is the reason I left. The team members are great to work with and offer plenty of help. However incredibly short-staffed to the point you will be working 7 days a week, 80+ hours, three different counties with no support.

People beware when youre trying to work and better yourself and you work 60+ hours within a week and you get paid 164.60p makes no sense at all. They lie and say you get paid for training but you dont. Supposed to be 4on4off but they try make you work 5on2off even work weekends. When you get an alarm even though its the end of your shift & your about to sign out they expect you to complete the alarms which could be 30+ minute drive there 15+ minutes to do a all checks and 30+ minutes back! A careless taxi driver crashed in to me whilst in the work van no fault of mine he has taken full responsibility & one of the managers had the audacity to ask if im still doing the 12hour shift later on that same day!! Keep far away when you message them regarding payments they ignore you but reply within a minute when they want you to work AVOID!!!!!
